a syndicate of banks in connection with the preparation of credit and security and related concession documentation as well as the financial closing of a federal concession project envisaging the construction of Moscow - St. Petersburg High-Speed Railway;
a syndicate of Russian banks in connection with financing, development and operation of the high-speed passenger railway infrastructure and acquisition and operation of high-speed rolling stock; the investment volume exceeds RUB 1 trillion;
VEB.RF and investors in connection with the preparation and financing of a project envisaging the construction, renovation and upgrade of the urban electrical transport systems (tram lines) in Nizhniy Novgorod, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don and other regions;
Sber and VIS Groups in connection with the financial closing of the project envisaging the construction and operation of a bridge over the Vistula Bay under a concession agreement, including drafting a risks memorandum, a supplemental and a direct agreement as well as transaction-related financial and corporate documents;
Digital Primorye in connection with the project envisaging the development of the eponymous regional information system in the Primorye Territory under a concession agreement;
