Anna supports complex projects on capital markets (ECM and DCM), including public offerings and placements of shares, issuances of corporate and structured bonds, obtaining listings on Russian exchanges, as well as regulatory matters. In addition, she assists clients with financial regulation, structuring corporate governance, establishing joint ventures and investment platforms, including closed‑end investment funds and investment‑partnership agreements.

A major technology company on the restructuring related to the listing of shares on the Moscow Exchange, including registration of the prospectus and issuances of shares of different classes;
YUK (one of the largest gold‑mining companies in Russia) on primary and secondary public share offerings (IPO and SPO);
OZON Farma (a leading Russian pharmaceutical company ranking first in the volume of sales of medicinal products among domestic manufacturers and in the number of registered drugs) on its IPO and SPO;
MT‑S Bank on a secondary public offering (SPO) of shares for a total amount of over RUB 4 billion;
The largest Russian chain of home‑goods stores on preparation for achieving a public status and a primary listing of shares in Russia, replacing the listing of depositary receipts on the London Stock Exchange, including drafting a Russian prospectus and coordinating interaction with the exchange and the regulator;
United Medical Group (a leading provider of premium medical services in Russia, operating under the “European Medical Center” brand) on the first IPO of a foreign company on the Russian stock market, with listing only on the Moscow Exchange (market capitalization at the start of trading of about USD 1.125 billion);
Mercury Retail Holding PLC (the largest Russian operator of ultra‑convenience stores and one of the largest grocery retailers in the country) on its IPO on the Moscow Exchange (expected market capitalization of USD 12–13 billion; the transaction was postponed due to market conditions);
A leading group of companies engaged in the production of Atlantic salmon and trout in Russia on matters of Russian law connected with a public offering of shares;
APR‑I (the largest developer in the Chelyabinsk region) on its IPO on the Moscow Exchange;
An international gold‑mining company on issues relating to the listing of its shares on the London Stock Exchange;
An international company mining non‑ferrous metal ores and listed on the London Stock Exchange on issues relating to the listing of its shares on the Moscow Exchange;
Shareholders of two companies in connection with launching a mandatory tender offer, including preparation of documentation and advice on disclosure obligations;
Shareholders on protection of their rights, including drafting recommendations for amendments to the charters of subsidiaries to optimize the balance of interests.

The National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan on a bond issuance in Russia;
One of the leading state operators and one of the largest Russian banks within a project to finance the construction of a complex for the processing of secondary resources through the acquisition of bonds;
The Republic of Belarus on a sovereign bond issuance in Russia, as well as three Belarusian issuers on bond‑issuance projects;
Structured‑bond issuers secured by collateral, including amendments to the terms of issuance and organizing general meetings of bondholders;
Participants in two transactions involving the financing of a specialized mortgage agency for the purchase of mortgage notes and the subsequent issuance of mortgage bonds.
