On June 20, 2025, the legal firm VERBA LEGAL successfully completed the legal support of the secondary public offering by Ozon Pharmaceuticals PJSC (the "Company"), a leading Russian pharmaceutical company by the volume of sales of pharmaceuticals and ranked first by the registered pharmaceuticals portfolio.

Previously, the VERBA LEGAL team advised the Company in connection with the IPO.  Now, it acted as the Company's legal counsel in connection with the SPO.

As a result of the SPO, the Company received bids from over 14,000 persons and raised RUB 2.8 billion for implementation of its long-term development strategy and general corporate purposes.  The major asset management companies, institutional and retail investors took part in the SPO.

This SPO became the first major offering in the Russian equity capital market in 2025 and marked an important step in strengthening the position of Ozon Pharmaceuticals PJSC as one of the leading pharmaceutical industry's issuers.  A growth of the percentage of the free float shares is instrumental to inclusion of the Company into the Top Tier Listing and the MOEX Russia Index.
