On the 17the of October 2024, initial public offering of PJSC Ozon Pharmaceuticals, a leading Russian pharmaceutical company, tool place. The company is a leading player by sales among the domestic producers of pharmaceutical drugs and ranks the first in the country in production of generics.

The legal support of the company's IPO was provided by VERBA LEGAL and Line of Law.

IPO totalled 3.45 billion RUB, and market capitalisation of the company as of the date of MOEX trading opening was about 38.5 billion RUB including the funds raised through IPO. Demand from the institutional and private investors increased many-fold the amount of offering at the upper boundary of the price range. Through IPO, the company attracted a wide range of institutional investors and over 40 thousand of private investors to the share capital.
