an investment fund on its investment into a high-tech Russian company developing advanced hardware and software medical solutions, including conducting pre-investment legal due diligence and preparing legally binding transaction documentation;
a Russian company in obtaining approval from the Government Commission for a transaction involving the acquisition of investment units in a closed-end mutual investment fund;
