Anastasia specialises in matters relating to interactions with Russian and foreign government authorities, as well as cross-border asset structuring aimed at safeguarding clients’ interests. She has experience advising clients on international asset ownership structures, developing bespoke solutions to protect the interests of Russian nationals abroad and navigating complex regulatory matters.
Selected Experience
Anastasia advised:
one of the largest trading holdings in connection with a comprehensive liquidation in a European jurisdiction, taking into account the preliminary redistribution of assets to other companies within the group;
a major Russian investor in a corporate dispute in the territory of the United Arab Emirates, including the conduct of both civil and criminal proceedings;
the entry of one of the international development banks into the Middle East region, including support of the accreditation process of an international financial organisation to operate in the region;
