Anastasia specialises in representing clients in dealings with state authorities of the Russian Federation and foreign jurisdictions, structuring assets abroad to ensure comprehensive protection of clients’ interests, as well as developing personal protection mechanisms for Russian citizens overseas.
Prior to joining the VERBA LEGAL team, Anastasia worked within the prosecutorial authorities of the Russian Federation and at one of Russia’s leading law firms, focusing on criminal law practice.

Selected Experience
Anastasia advised:
one of the largest trading holdings in connection with a comprehensive liquidation in a European jurisdiction, taking into account the preliminary redistribution of assets to other companies within the group;
a major Russian investor in a corporate dispute in the territory of the United Arab Emirates, including the conduct of both civil and criminal proceedings;
the entry of one of the international development banks into the Middle East region, including support of the accreditation process of an international financial organisation to operate in the region;
