Alexander’s primary area of practice is complex commercial disputes before Russian state courts. He is involved in drafting procedural documents and legal opinions on various civil law matters and has experience representing clients before governmental regulatory authorities, including the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP), Roskomnadzor (RKN), Rosprirodnadzor (RPN), and others.

a leading Russian retailer in a dispute initiated by a contractor seeking recovery of the cost of additional works, retention amounts, and invalidation of a set-off;
a client in negotiations with a foreign supplier, which resulted in the execution of a termination agreement and retention of the value of defective commercial equipment;
owners of industrial warehouse facilities in disputes concerning damages caused by defective roofing works, as well as damages resulting from a fire;
a Russian group of companies in disputes challenging fines imposed by regulatory authorities, including the Federal Antimonopoly Service and Rosprirodnadzor.
