Alena specialises in dispute resolution, advising and representing Russian companies and individuals in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction, primarily in disputes with state authorities, commercial, corporate, and bankruptcy matters.
Selected Experience
Alena advised:
private clients in disputes brought by the General Prosecutor's Office based on allegations of violation of anti-corruption legislation and prohibitions applicable to public officials (aggregate claim value – over RUB 220 billion);
a private client in a labour dispute with an industrial company (claim value – over RUB 1.2 billion);
private clients in a dispute brought by the General Prosecutor's Office related to allegations of foreign control over the client's company engaged in strategic activities (claim value – over RUB 350 billion);
