About the office
Since 2023, VERBA LEGAL has been supporting major Russian companies in sectors such as energy, natural resources, and logistics. The firm provides legal services across key areas including corporate law and M&A, comprehensive investment support, commercial and banking law, as well as market entry into India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
Senior Partner Alexander Panov leads the development of VERBA LEGAL’s international offices. Artem Elistratov oversees the Indian office, while day-to-day coordination is handled by Animesh Mishra. Animesh holds an L.L.B. from O.P. Jindal Global University and has experience in asset structuring, regulatory matters, and international arbitration.
