VERBA LEGAL has completed its support of Sinara Group’s acquisition of a controlling stake in Uralhimmash, a chemical machine-building plant.

The Sinara Group acquired about 75% of the shares in JSC Uralhimmash (Joint-Stock Company Ural Plant of Chemical Machine-Building), a manufacturer of equipment for gas, petroleum processing, petrochemical, chemical, nuclear and traditional energy industries, from Bank GPB (JSC).

VERBA LEGAL took part in the deal structuring, prepared transaction documentation, and advised on various corporate issues.
