Alan specialises in advising individuals and companies on intellectual property rights protection and legal issues related to IT solutions. Alan's experience also includes advising clients on commercial law matters, including involvement in the development of complex contractual models and analysing the administrative regulation of industries such as automotive, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and metals.
Prior to joining the VERBA LEGAL team, Alan worked at leading Russian law firms.
Education
Alan graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence from the Law Faculty of the St. Petersburg campus of the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
