Alan specialises in the protection and registration of intellectual property assets. His experience includes successfully representing clients before Russian courts and the Chamber for Patent Disputes, as well as registering trade marks in Russia and internationally.
Alan also advises clients on the disposal and management of intellectual property rights in the context of sanctions and counter-sanctions restrictions. He is involved in structuring and supporting IP transactions, including conducting comprehensive legal due diligence of companies.
