Tatyana Yakovleva provides legal support in structuring and implementing investment projects, advises on real estate construction and operation, use of natural resources, conducts due diligence of assets of various functionality, assesses the town-planning potential. Tatyana's projects cover more than 60 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. In 2023, Tatyana was ranked in the top group (including the top specialists) of the Real Estate, Housing and Utilities category of the lawyer rating by Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
Ekaterina Sitnikova has made a significant contribution to our development thanks to her expertise in the field of corporate and contract law, legal regulation of foreign investments. Ekaterina was awarded by Pravo.ru-300 as a leader of the legal services market in Corporate Law/M&A (High Market) and Labour and Migration Law 2020-2024; Business M&As (Group 2) 2023 by Rossiyskaya Gazeta and The Best Lawyers 2021.
