VERBA LEGAL’s lawyers provided comprehensive legal support in connection with the exit of the Industrial venture fund, managed by Sk Capital, from the share capital of Ivideon — one of the leading players in the cloud video surveillance and analytics market, whose solutions are used in more than 130 countries worldwide.

Since its founding in 2010, Ivideon has attracted investments, including through a 2018 financing round involving Sk Capital. The company is now entering a new stage of independent development.
