Bankruptcy

Yuriy advised:

a major investment company in including a claim exceeding RUB 1 billion in the register following cassation;

a debtor in challenging transactions worth RUB 900 million withdrawn through a chain (return of assets to the bankruptcy estate);

a creditor in challenging a transaction worth RUB 500 million for the register (non-bankruptcy mechanism);

the leader in the Asian products market in Russia in defending the purchase of a production complex (successful defence);

a major pharmaceutical company in attracting a beneficiary to subsidiary liability (swift result);

a major oil refining company in defending the purchase of a bankrupt's asset (successful defence);

beneficiaries of an authorised economic operator in terminating obligations worth RUB 70 million (Article 1002 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation);

a beneficiary of a food producer from subsidiary liability (reduced to the administrator's expenses);

an international children's clothing brand and distributor on an anti-crisis plan and protection from liability.
