She has experience in developing and implementing strategies for the protection of intellectual property rights, including trade marks, patents, computer programmes and other copyright works, including matters related to combating counterfeit products and protecting content against unauthorised distribution, conducting comprehensive intellectual property due diligence, advising on transactions involving the creation, use and disposal of intellectual property rights, including the preparation and execution of licence agreements, trade mark registration in Russia and abroad, including assessing the registrability of signs and challenging cited trade marks, as well as regulatory compliance in the intellectual property sphere, including product labelling requirements and sanctions restrictions applicable to transactions involving intellectual property rights.

a pharmaceutical company in proceedings concerning a compulsory licence in respect of invention patents, where the claimant alleged insufficient use of the inventions in Russia
