On May 20, 2025, Pravo.ru will host an SPB Legal Day Roundtable as part of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.

The conference will deal with key law enforcement matters that are topical both in Russia and abroad, including litigations, protection of property interests, bankruptcy procedures, mechanisms for resolving corporate conflicts as well as legal support for M&A transactions. A separate discussion will be held on the matters of international law and the specifics of legal interaction in new geopolitical conditions. In addition, panelists will contemplate current trends and challenges associated with the development of the M&A market.

Tatyana Neveeva, Managing Partner of VERBA LEGAL, will moderate the International Law and Cooperation in New Realities Roundtable, while Senior Partner Alexander Rudyakov will deliver a report on “Transactions with Foreign Investors and the Possibility of Buyouts by Foreign Participants” as part of the New Era: Modern M&A Market Roundtable.
