On April 2, 2025, Statute Law School will be holding its fourth FIN HYPE LAW 2025 Conference.

The event will focus on the current trends in civil, banking and financial law including, particularly, crucial matters of corporate law and financing, transactions involving digital assets as well as the ways of structuring and protecting rights in financial transactions.

Alexander Kuznetsov, VERBA LEGAL Partner, will talk about the use of structured bonds in credit transactions as part of the third session of the conference.
