Tatyana provided a detailed overview of selling “untouchable” assets, explaining how to avoid acquiring land subject to expropriation and how to turn potential threats into opportunities. The session also covered the current state and outlook for the real estate market, including preserving the sector as a growth driver, analysing segments at risk of stagnation, and identifying areas expected to experience growth.

“The 2014 land legislation introduced key provisions regarding expropriation conditions,” emphasised Tatyana Yakovleva. “It is crucial that the possibility of expropriation is reflected in territorial planning documents — such as schemes, master plans, and land development documentation.”
