YouTube channel operated by SMARTGEN WEALTH MANAGEMENT and called Blagosostoyanie+ (or Prosperity+) released a video featuring a discussion between Mark Oigman, Co-founder and Managing Partner of SMARTGEN Multi-Family Office, Alexander Rudyakov, Senior Partner and Head of VERBA LEGAL's Corporate Law and M&A Practice, and Evgeniya Zainchukovskaya, Counsel and Head of VERBA LEGAL's Tax Advisory and Litigation Practice.
