Veronika specialises in the resolution of commercial disputes with cross-border elements before Russian courts and in international arbitration. She has extensive experience in handling complex cross-border proceedings, including disputes governed by foreign law. Her practice includes preparing procedural documents, developing dispute resolution strategies and representing clients in matters involving multiple jurisdictions.
Selected Experience
Veronika advised:
a major innovative company on a project concerning the processing of personal data of participants in human genome research, including an analysis of approaches applied in international research projects to the processing and destruction of personal data;
a major Russian pharmaceutical company in a dispute arising from a licence agreement before the SIAC against Indian companies;
a major Russian chemical company in SCC proceedings concerning the recovery of an advance payment from a Swiss company;
