He has significant experience advising on legal and financial matters for large investment projects, including the development and negotiation of concession agreements, preparation of loan and security documentation, and transaction structuring.

Veolia on a pilot PPP project in the housing and utility sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan to upgrade the heat supply system in Tashkent, including the preparation of an PPP agreement and provision of support during negotiations between the parties;
Amur Region Investment Promotion Agency on the preparation of a project for the renovation and operation of Blagoveshchensk International Airport, which provides services for international and domestic flights, at the stage of tender arrangements, during the tendering process, and when concluding a concession agreement;
Crocus International on the financial closing of a project for the construction and operation of the Central Ring Road (Start-Up Facility No. 1) based on a long-term investment agreement;
Avtodor on complete legal services for the Central Ring Road project (Start-Up Facilities No. 3 and 4) at the stage of tender arrangements and during participation in the tender, commercial and financial closing, including the development of tender documentation and concession agreements;
Effective Education Development Centre on the construction and operation of a secondary school on the premises of Skolkovo Innovation Centre, including the preparation and approval of an unsolicited concession proposal;
REO Russian Environmental Operator on a project for solid household waste collection, recycling and disposal in the Pskov Region. The services include the development of a draft concession agreement and an offer of agreement;
Ledo on a project for the development and operation of a multi-purpose sports centre in the Pushkino municipal district, Moscow Region, based on a PPP agreement;
Avivir on a project to develop and operate an infectious disease facility in the Chukotka Autonomous District under a public-private partnership agreement;
NB Group Ulyanovsk on a project to develop and operate the Specialised Medical Care Centre in Ulyanovsk based on a concession agreement;
RVC Capital (Rosvodokanal Group of Companies) on the design, development, renovation and operation of certain facilities within the centralised water supply and sewerage system owned by the Arkhangelsk City Municipality based on a concession agreement;
Moscow City Committee on Tourism on the development of a Moscow programme to use PPP arrangements to promote Moscow hotel facilities, including the preparation of memoranda, model documents and recommendations on enhancing the regulatory environment;
RT Invest Transport Systems on a project to develop an automated weight and dimensions control system for traffic on federal public roads and its synchronisation with the PLATON system.
