Andrey Sheptiy joined VERBA LEGAL team as a Senior Lawyer of the tax practice.

Andrey focuses on consulting the Russian and foreign companies on the issues of Russian and international taxation (tax structuring of transactions, raising funds, asset acquisition and sale, incentive and optional programs).

Andrey possesses a solid experience in the tax audits and pre-sale due diligence for M&A transactions.

During the recent several years, Andrey frequently represented the taxpayers in the disputes with tax authorities both at pre-trial stage and in the arbitration courts, won the precedent-based tax disputes.

Before joining VERBA LEGAL, Andrey was involved in the tax practices of the international law firm and one of the Big Four companies.
