PREQVECA, a Russian news and analysis agency, released its 2024 rankings of advisers of the Russian M&A market on www.Mergers.ru, a website dedicated to Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia.

Experts reviewed transactions entered into by and between Russian companies and advised by law firms over the year. The review did not cover deals completed between affiliates and transactions that involved acquisition of assets and projects both directly or through legal entities.
