In addition, Dmitry has extensive experience of working on financing transactions including project financings and public-private partnerships as well as capital market transactions, both debt and equity.

Prior to joining VERBA LEGAL, Dmitry worked as an associate for the Moscow offices of Herbert Smith Freehills and Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman), respectively, and, later on, as a senior associate of Corporate and Private Investment/Capital Markets Practices of Orion Partners, a large Russian law firm.
