On April 29, 2025, a draft Law on Amendments to the Tax Legislation proposed by Russia's Finance Ministry was published on the Federal Draft Regulations Portal.

The draft Law deals with the tax administration matters, Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Personal Income Tax, property taxes, insurance contributions, special tax treatments.  Public hearings are expected to continue till May 23, 2025, whereafter the bill will be introduced into the Parliament.
