Foreign companies’ exit from Russia has resulted in a large number of rental disputes. In most contracts, the rent was tied to the companies’ business turnover and not all of them were able to agree on the payment amounts. Experts will discuss how the parties resolved disagreements and what to include in a rental agreement today to settle out of court.
