On 3 July 2024, the English regulator (OFSI) issued a general licence, making it possible to terminate relations with NSD, valid until 13 August 2024.
As a result, those investors who managed to obtain a Belgian licence to unblock assets in Euroclear have just over a month left to rearrange their assets without additional time and financial costs to obtain another permit.
