the largest gold‑mining company in Russia on comprehensive legal due diligence of an asset located near a gold deposit, including review of environmental, tax, commercial, and legal risks of the holding company;
a major producer on the acquisition of an equity stake in an asset, including due diligence of the target in corporate, environmental, natural resources, and tax law;
