Evgeny focuses primarily on complex cases involving acting for his clients before Russian state courts and in international commercial arbitration proceedings on a variety of economic disputes.
Evgeniy has experience in representing Russian and international clients in proceedings carried out under the rules of SCC, SIAC, LCIA, ICC, HKIAC, CAS and the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC). He also has a successful track record of working on sanctions-related mandates envisaging the unblocking of frozen assets.
Education
Evgeny graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the National Research University Higher School of Economics. He is currently completing his Master's programme in Corporate and Private International Law at the National Research University Higher School of Economics.

Evgeny has represented:
a Russian chemical group in a corporate dispute with Cypriot counterparties under HKIAC rules;
a Russian person in the SCC arbitration in a dispute arising out of a bank guarantee;
a Russian company in the SIAC arbitration in a dispute arising out of a licence agreement;
a major Russian bank in a number of disputes in ICAC against a foreign debtor, including under the letter of credit and surety agreements;
a major Russian IT distributor in disputes with resellers over the recovery of unjust enrichment due to the withdrawal of foreign vendors from Russia;
an agro-industrial complex enterprise in a dispute with a financial and credit organisation in connection with non-fulfilment of obligations under a PFI;
a foreign pharmaceutical company in a dispute over the recovery of damages from a custodian of pharmaceuticals.
