Dmitry has over 10 years’ experience of advising on major domestic and international transactions and projects, primarily, mergers and acquisitions, direct private investments and projects aimed at setting up, and negotiating the terms of, joint ventures.
Dmitry has also worked on a number of financing transactions including project financings, public-private partnerships and capital market transactions (both debt and equity) and advised on complex corporate, sanctions, counter-sanctions and regulatory issues including the drafting of applicable laws and regulations.
Prior to joining VERBA LEGAL, Dmitry worked as an associate for the Moscow offices of Herbert Smith Freehills and Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman), respectively, and, later on, as a senior associate of Corporate and Private Investment/Capital Markets Practices of Orion Partners, a large Russian law firm.
