Daria specialises in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She has experience in drafting transaction documentation and conducting legal due diligence in the context of M&A transactions. Before joining VERBA LEGAL, Daria worked at leading international and Russian law firms.

Daria advised:
the largest vertically integrated infrastructure holding in Russia in connection with the acquisition of a stake in a maritime transport company, including conducting comprehensive legal due diligence;
a Russian joint-stock company engaged in the export of agricultural products in connection with the sale of a significant shareholding to a business partner;
a major Russian manufacturer of medical equipment and devices on the acquisition of more than 50% of the share capital of a company engaged in the production of medical goods;
a leading foreign pharmaceutical company on a legal due diligence review of certain aspects of its ongoing operations to identify legal risks and prepare recommendations for their mitigation;
the largest Russian distributor of alcoholic beverages on revising its goods supply strategy under INCOTERMS and changing its target market in relations with major French and British partners;
a Russian company in the trade and information services sector in connection with the acquisition of companies engaged in manufacturing activities in the Russian Federation.
