Artem has over 15 years of experience specialising in representing Russian and international clients in corporate conflicts, commercial disputes, and bankruptcy cases.
Artem manages litigation and conducts pre-trial negotiations, develops comprehensive client defense strategies, and employs mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods.
He also has extensive experience advising clients on commercial activities and corporate relations, as well as developing and implementing corporate protection measures for major enterprises.

Selected Experience
Artem advised:
a client in a dispute arising from a consortium agreement for work on the Gorazal power plant (Bangladesh), which was resolved through a settlement agreement with full satisfaction of the client's claims;
clients in corporate disputes, including representing participants and shareholders in numerous cases challenging management decisions, company transactions, rights to shares and stakes, as well as disputes appealing registration entries in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, including a minority shareholder of a major oil pipeline and surface facilities construction company with over 60 disputes totaling over RUB 3.5 billion, resolved through a comprehensive settlement agreement;
a client in structuring and advising on a transaction to purchase a shopping center in the bankruptcy proceedings of a major bank;
