VERBA LEGAL announces the opening of an office in Tashkent

The opening of VERBA LEGAL's office will make a significant contribution to the development of legal culture in the region, as well as provide businesses with access to advanced legal solutions.
The firm will focus on providing expert legal services in such key areas as corporate and M&A, national and international litigation, banking and finance, public-private partnership (PPP) projects, as well as access to new capital markets in Central Asia.
Alexander Panov, Senior Partner at VERBA LEGAL, will oversee the overseas offices, while Bobir Karimov will take charge of the Tashkent office.
