Timur has participated in numerous complex bankruptcy cases involving legal entities and individuals, both on the debtor's and creditor's side, including successfully representing clients in inclusion of claims in the creditors' register, challenging transactions, bringing to subsidiary liability, advising Russian and foreign companies on asset search and recovery issues.
Timur is the author of scientific publications on contract law, private international law and international commercial arbitration. He regularly appears as an expert in leading legal journals on dispute resolution and bankruptcy issues.
