Junior Associate
Polina specialises in legal due diligence (legal duediligence) of real estate objects, verification of rights to real estate objects during the implementation of investment projects, advising individuals and legal entities on various real estate, construction and environmental management issues, including issues related to the regulation of land use and the creation of real estate objects, advising on the acquisition of real estate, and supporting real estate transactions.
Polina's research interest is in cultural heritage sites. Polina takes part in conferences, conducts research activities, and was moderator of a major telegram channel in the field of land law.
Prior to joining the VERBA LEGAL team, Polina worked in the property and construction practice of a leading bar association.

Education
Polina graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the International Law Faculty of MGIMO and a Master's degree from the Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University in Legal Regulation of Land Use and Real Estate Creation. Polina also completed an internship at the Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) in Paris in English and French.
