Before joining Verba Legal, she was a lawyer in the retail sphere, with a focus on business operations support. Kseniya has ample experience in litigation and claims, alcohol license management for trade centres, and has advised on inspections, administrative proceedings, and business negotiations.
Education
Kseniya is a 4th-year student of a specialist’s degree programme at the Russian State University of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, where she earlier completed her secondary professional education. In 2022, she completed professional retraining programme “Mediation. Major: legal disputes.”
Academic Activity
Kseniya is the author of a number of RSCI and HAC articles on private law and alternative dispute resolution, and frequently speaks on different subjects in conferences and open seminars. She was awarded the Deputy Reserve badge for achievements in R&D.
Kseniya is an active participant of competitions on alternative dispute resolution: negotiations, mediation and arbitration. As a participant, she won such competitions as IBMM, Mediation of the Future, and was an awardee of the 9th competition of the Russian Advocacy Academy on on-line arbitration. She also trains teams.

International Commercial Arbitration. KSENIA has represented:
a UAE oil trader in a dispute arising out of a supply contract under HKIAC rules;
a major Russian customer in the SCC arbitration in a dispute with a Kazakh guarantor over the latter's refusal to pay under the guarantee due to the supplier's bank's inclusion in the SDN-list
a leading pharmaceutical company in the LCIA arbitration in a dispute arising out of a technology transfer agreement in the field of medical products manufacturing;
a Russian state-owned mining company in two SCC arbitrations against a Swiss counterparty under Swiss law;
an oil and gas service company in the ICAC arbitration in a dispute over compensation for losses allegedly incurred through the fault of a Russian general contractor in connection with an accident at a drilling site;
a major Russian retail in the ICAC arbitration in a dispute with a foreign supplier over the recovery of damages for improper fulfillment of a contract.
