The VERBA LEGAL team has completed advice on sale of AK Russia, one of the largest KFC franchisees with about 100 restaurants in operation.

As a result of the transaction, 100% of AK Russia’s business, including the minority interest of Sberbank Investments, was acquired by Unirest, manager of ROSTIC’S and KFC brands in Russia.
