To conclude the 2024 review, Kommersant published its traditional rating of the year’s key M&A transactions on 27 November. VERBA LEGAL advised on two transactions that the experts called critical for the transport and logistics industry:

1. Acquisition of TFM-Garant shares by Transfin-M for over 270 bn roubles.

2. Acquisition of JSC Port Infrastructure Development Centre, one of Russia’s largest transport and logistics holdings, for over 160 bn roubles.

Both transactions were led on the part of the big VERBA LEGAL team by Senior Partners Oleg Khuazhev and Aleksandr Rudyakov.
