BRICS+ New Economy Legal Forum
On 6-7 March, BRICS+ New Economy Legal Forum will take place in Dubai.
200+ participants from Russia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, China, India, Brazil, South Africa, Turkey and other countries: top managers and heads of legal departments of Russian and international corporations, partners of leading law firms, industry associations and development institutions.
As part of the Forum, VERBA LEGAL will hold International Arbitration: Challenges of 2024, a round table where representatives of various international arbitration institutions (SHIAC, DIAC, CIETAC, EDAC) will discuss current issues of dispute resolution in traditional and alternative (neutral) arbitration forums, as well as the prospects for creating an alternative unified regulation for dispute resolution in arbitration institutions of the BRICS+ countries.
The round table will be moderated by Tatyana Neveeva, Senior Partner of VERBA LEGAL, who is a recognised expert in dispute resolution in international arbitration, an arbitrator of the HKIAC, a member of the SIAC Reserve Panel, the Panel on International Disputes of the Arbitration Centre at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and an expert in construction and real estate disputes of the RAC at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration. She is in the Russian Arbitrators Guide: Next Generation published in 2021.
