He has over 15 years of experience in consulting and litigation on various IP issues, including developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for protecting intellectual property rights, conducting audits (IP due diligence), structuring and executing transactions related to the creation, use and disposal of intellectual property rights. His IP expertise has been highly valued by Russian and international ratings. Before joining VERBA LEGAL, Alexey was Senior Lawyer at BIRCH LEGAL.
